Spanish confectioner and today without doubt the best chocolate treat. I will not dwell too much, you only say that one of his creations in 2001 won the award for best dessert in the world, the same dessert, the famous Eight textures of chocolate is a true masterpiece and is still for sale. I have not counted if they are eight or not but I can assure you that is unique, different chocolates in addition, individual desserts (in glass), biscuits and nougat (the kikos is another classic in the house).
